She was fair at 'parrying' the demands of the other sides attorney. If she had asked for information about what happened at the beginning of the incident it could have probably been resolved earlier. As it was when the information surfaced in mitigation, the other side capitulated quickly.
Muriel Burke -Love is a crook who stole from a 90 year old man with dementia. She is a liar and a thief! She billed exorbitant amounts for minimum work and lost the case because she was unprepared and uneducated. I finally fired her after she had billed more than $50,000.00 and basically done nothing. I highly suspect she is an alcoholic drug addict. I hired another lawyer out of Boise who slam dunked the case! If you want to lose and go broke, just hire this outfit!
Working with this lawyer was a joke, lack of communication, no case planning, spent 10’s of thousands and didn’t receive any legal representation what’s so ever, dismissed a hearing without my consent. Total waste of money and time!
