Very professional, ethical, and caring! My brother was facing life for self defense & he was found not guilty on all counts! There were 5 very serious charges. He was also a good support for my brother while spending 11mo in jail. Mr. Nash is the best!

I highly recommend the Richard Nash I got a DUI for the first time and of course was scared out of my mind. Mr. Nash eased my mind about the whole process. Definitely great customer service and professionalism. I am also very happy with the deal I got. If I ever (which I hope I don’t) get into any other trouble, Mr. Nash is the one I will call on. My case turned out way better than I could have every imagined. Thank you so much for everything!

Mr. Nash recently defended me in a DUI charge. He was quick to respond to my emails, calls and I felt he gave me a fair representation. I Apriciate Mr.Nash showing up to defend me in this case, it definitely determined the outcome for the better. I hope I don't need him again but will absolutely call or recommend him.

Excellent Attorney!!! Mr. Nash is the very best lawyer I’ve ever experienced. He got my case dismissed. Every time I called him he answered. He will fight to get the very best outcome he possibly can. Highly Highly recommended best Attorney in Portsmouth!! I’m willing to go a little further and say he’s the best in the tristate area!! If you want an attorney who will listen to you and treat with respect throughout the entire process, I highly recommend Mr. Nash. He spoke to me on the phone my first call, explained some things about my case, respected that I was going to ask around and would call him the next day, and he scheduled to meet with me immediately. Most importantly, Mr. Nash won my case. And, he followed up with me even when there was a mishap with the paperwork from the courts end after my case was over. Professional, direct, respectful and down to Earth. He dealt with the court in a experienced manner, and had me taken care of in what I think was record speed. Respectfully, Scott, fellow Bobcat!

Mr. Nash handled an out of state motorist traffic ticket for my son. He was able to get us a favorable outcome in what was a stressful situation. It's hard when you need an out of state attorney, whom you don't know or have the benefit of meeting in person. I thank God for directing me to a good one. I highly recommend Richard Nash.

When I sat down in Richards office to talk about my charge I was completely embarrassed. He was very understanding and his first statement to me was the whole reason I chose to go with him "good people make mistakes too!" He made me feel like a person and not just someone paying him! He charged one flat rate and went to court with me several times. He was still willing to fight when I decided to take the deal I did. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends!

Mr. Nash is, by far, the best attorney I have ever dealt with. He was compassionate and understanding, he listened & believed in me without passing any judgement or trying to persuade me into accepting any "deals" to quickly end the case (like most attys do in Scioto county.) He stuck by my side every step and was able to have the case dismissed. He even followed up w/me to have this expunged. I highly recommend Mr. Nash, to anyone seeking legal counsel, over any other atty in the area.
