Worst atty I could have chosen for a DUI case where I was parked on the side of the road. I should have known after the first DMV hearing when he didnt give a closing statement when he was asked to. Told me it “wasn’t the time” when I asked why not. Said he doesn’t tell me how to do my job so don’t tell him how to do his. Then he did the same thing at trial ~ no closing statement explaining I was parked for hours, using it at shelter because it was below freezing outside, etc nothing. Asked me five questions on the stand where three were my name, address and profession. The other two were where was I coming from. Nothing else! The judge had to admonish him for not “objecting” properly. No closing statement? He told me “Do you think the judge is stupid?” like he didn’t have to put on a case. Even the prosecutor was noticeably surprised. An attorney right out of school would have represented me better. His level of arrogance is surprising and unjustified. He needs to retire.

Please ask Noah M or Paige D to remove the negative ratings for the order in the picture. I delivered the order as requested, but the restaurant forgot to include their Pad Thai. Their ratings have impacted my score, preventing me from qualifying for free education. On Christmas Day, it’s disheartening to be blamed for a mistake that wasn’t mine. The issue was entirely the restaurant's fault
