History Of Our Firm
Warren Allen LLP was founded in 1966 in downtown Portland as a general partnership under the name Solomon & Warren. In 1971, the partners built a new building and the firm moved to its present location in the Gateway Area Business District. Founding partner Carlton D. Warren practiced at the firm until his retirement in 2004.
The firm is now the largest full service Portland area law firm east of the Willamette River. The firm serves businesses and individuals locally and throughout the Northwest. Warren Allen LLP has grown over the years, but its commitment to exceptional client service has remained the same.
