They explained all the out-of-pocket costs, made plans for me so I could make installment payments for both the courts and my attorney fees, and kept in touch with me at each stage so I knew the status of the process. As someone who has worked in service-related industries (restaurant, banking, insurance) my entire adult life, I notice the small things ... and I am forever grateful for the empathy and compassion they showed while taking care of my case.

Please make sure you get all the companies your clients give you in the bankruptcy case. You missed one company we gave you to claim on. Other than that your associate did a wonderful job taking care of us.
very knowledgeable and quick responsiveness
They initially had good customer service, but within the first couple of weeks they fired the initial consultant I was using. The new consultant was unskilled. I tried several times to give them all the necessary information they needed to perform their services. They essentially ignored me except the initial data necessary to do the claim. They were expensive. And I think today, it was not even worth it to file bankruptcy. Financially I am in no better than I was prior to filing bankruptcy.
