Terry is easily the finest broad gage attorney that we have worked with in 50 years. He is bright, articulate, well organized, creative, responsive and thorough. His wide knowledge of the law exceeds that of 98% of his colleagues. His decades of varied prior experience enabled him to quickly grasp the key element of our current complex case. His superb writing skills enable him to capture the nuances of events in clear and readily understandable prose for both attorneys and lay people. His verbal skills are equally impressive. His current engagement has been to resolve a very complicated situation. In short order, he has been able digest volumes of information, analyze the key issues, and develop an action plan that promises an optimum solution for us. We have several other larger challenges that need resolution in the future. We plan to use Terry with the expectation of far better outcomes.
