I know that my experience with Scott Stabb has been very positive, he helps tenants pro bono and freely consults tenants about the laws regardless if you hire him or not. Mr. Stabb always answered the phone when I called, even after hours. I asked him questions about my case on several occasions and he was very helpful and he is well educated on the eviction laws. I called him in regards to my friends and families legal problems also, never paying him anything, he never asked either. I appreciate that he took his time to answer all my questions and reassured me with statutes and case law. I honestly don't know any other Attorneys in all of Oregon that would be as nice. So, I have referred him many times and will continue to do so. Thank you Scott

This man saved me from illegal eviction on two different occasions. And he didn't charge me a penny! In both cases he was able to get the landlords to settle out of court with the landlords paying his legal fees. I have recommended his services to several people and will continue to do so. Also whenever I have a question about my rights as a tenant he is always happy to take the time to answer them and give me advice. Great man! Great lawyer!

I think this guy works for the plaintiff. I had a landlord try to illegally evict me for non payment during the pandemic. Out of thin air a letter from him showed up advertising his services. No documents were signed by me or a judge. The landlord payed his fees. Which is I feel unusual. Beings there was no court case. He never gave any paper copies of the decision. Now when I ask him questions related to the case, magically the landlord sent me a message. Think this guy is a fraud. Or something is not on the level.

When I reached out to this person, he proceeded to tell me that a contract between ARCHES and my place of residence along with myself signing a document was not a true contract between us and then also proceeded to tell me that since I didn’t have a job how would I pay him and basically told me while he was eating his lunch and smacking in my ear that he couldn’t help me at this time. So basically, if you don’t have the money, he’s not gonna help you not only that but not very professional it seems. And the entire time during our conversation, he seemed more bored than anything so if you’re looking for someone to help you, I wouldn’t count him.

To busy to help. Didn't have time for my case. Just wanted to hop on the band wagon and do nothing, show up by telephone and get paid lawyers fees. Didn't listen to anything i told him or left on his voicemail. Just what he read online. Wich was mostly b.s. written by the property manager anyway. Ive read many other reviews about him saying this but i will say it too. I think this guy works for the landlord. Just too suspiciously terrible and willing to brush you off like old dandruff at every question. Works for the defense or is just a really, really, really ignorant eviction chaser. If thats not term yet this guy will memorialize it real good

When I was getting an eviction paper in the mail, his letter showed up the same day from way further away. Anyway, when I called the number almost immediately my property management people that start with EL in Coos Bay started treating me and my family like crap and trying to work against us even more than before. It is insane, I think this is a front to see who is going to sue and then they try to press you until you crack and leave. But I got a feeling about this one, I am sure many will relate in my area to this as there has been nothing but problems with a lot of these property management places and we're getting tired of it.
