I hired Priscilla In December to represent me in an amicable divorce which was to be settled in a mediation in late January. I very specifically asked if she had time for my case as I did not want it delayed. She collected a $3500 retainer from me in our initial meeting. Shortly after, she wanted to delay my mediation date (which was already over a month away in late January) by another full month to late February. I told her this was not acceptable at all and asked for my retainer to be refunded and all services to be terminated. I retained a new lawyer. Priscilla only refunded $2800 of my $3500 retainer, despite having done nothing but an initial consultation and filing one simple piece of paperwork. The next month she then sent me a bill for an additional $400, which I ultimately just paid in full rather than argue about. The next month I receIved another bill for another $100! This is a scam, not a law office! Stay away!
