About Phillip D. Jones

Phillip Jones was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and his law degree from Willamette University. In law school Phillip was actively involved with Willamette Law School’s Moot Court board and was awarded the Order of the Barristers for exceptional trial work. He also gained valuable legal experience working for the Washington County District Attorney’s Office.

Phillip is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Oregon. He joins Stewart Sokol & Larkin’s skilled litigation team.

In his free time, Phillip enjoys following the Portland Trailblazers, being in the Pacific Northwest, and spending time with his family.

Hired Attorney

Philip Jones was hired as my attorney in settlement case with my wife witch she wanted a large sum from my 401k and $ 850.00 a month for three years.I repeatedly ask Jones write a letter the fidelity for the figures as per there request he disregarded my request. Jones emailed me a memorandum for the court date witch was the wrong date i emailed him back for correct date no response.I called the clerk myself for correct date he came to court with estimates and nothing for my defence then tried to cut a deal with wife attorney witch was not in my favor i fired him witch put me in bad standing with Judge Maalik Summer .I retained another attorney at the next hearing Judge Maalik S Summer previously Judge Miranda S Summer stated because i fired Jones and did accept wife attorneys deal wife was granted full settlement witch has put me in a financial disadvantage.
