His defense of my federal charges (8 counts of solicitation of murder originally) was amazing. My eventual acquittal was due to his outstanding work. Anyone that saw the initial media reports and indictment would agree that at the outset, the prospect of an acquittal appeared rather bleak. His management of the pre-trial investigation was thorough and intelligent. He was frank and realistic when it came to what we were facing. He explored a number of strategies and combination of strategies.
