Our law firm, located in Portland, Oregon, represents clients with a variety of criminal defense needs, including clearing a criminal record through expungement, representation in grand jury investigations and criminal defense in state and federal courts.

I highly recommend Mark and his team if you need help with legal trouble. I think of Mark as an angel sent here to protect the patrons of the town and he is my new best friend. I'm hoping to meet him in person one day. He has been helping people with legal trouble since I was conceived in the womb. I wouldn't go anywhere else due to the fact that Mark graduated from NYU Law School, which is a highly recommended program out in the Big Apple. He is more than capable and definitely knows his stuff. My hope is I don't get into any more trouble with the law and won't have to hire the firm again. This was a game changer for me due to the fact that I'm trying to become a United States Marine and I had a felony on my record from 24 years ago. I never could have made it without Mark and his team to have an opportunity to achieve my dreams. Now I'm better, stronger and I've learned from my actions. It's always best to follow the rules and laws, even when nobody is looking.

Hired Attorney Mark Cogan

How does one thank someone that has given their life back to them? Words cannot express my respect and awe for what Mark has done for me. He is extremely well respected by his peers, a number of them recommended him. He is a good man. He was methodically focused and pragmatic on my case. As I have had no past dealings with the legal system, not for a criminal matter. He victoriously led me through the dubious legal system. He had the ability to understand my situation and prevailed.

Hired Attorney Mark Cogan

I met Mark Cogan immediately after being arrested for a possession of a controlled substance - MDMA. It was my first experience with the criminal justice system and was a truly frightening experience. Mark has 30 years experience in criminal defense and has argued cases before the supreme court. He is ranked in the top 2% of lawyers in the country by his peers (super lawyer). He was able to convince the court in the worst county in Oregon to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor from a felony.
