This law office was a disaster. The attorney and his wife (who doubles as the receptionist and struggles with English) were as welcoming as a brick wall. I don’t doubt Mr. Li graduated from law school, but I’m starting to suspect he skipped the customer service and communication classes. Interacting with them is awkward, frustrating, and ultimately pointless. Many reviewers have joked that the receptionist needs to see a therapist, and honestly, Mr. Li might want to book a joint session. The only reason this law office is still running is probably that Portland has a shortage of Chinese-speaking lawyers. If you’re looking for legal help, I recommend literally anywhere else—unless, of course, you’re a fan bad service and poor representation.
