I'll just keep this short as possible...after being my attorney for almost a year she called me 10 days before a very big trial and informed me she's not going to make it to trial because she's getting married all of a sudden and she will be out of town. (She knew my court date months ahead and said nothing about getting married) Then She said she'll actually be back 1 day before the trial but she won't be prepared. This was the second time she had to cancel my trial because she couldn't make it. I asked the courts to extend my trial date but they denied it and I had to go to Court by myself. Also, she was very horrible at responding to emails. Right now she's currently under investigation with the Oregon State Bar due to her conduct and malpractice. Absolute worst attorney in Oregon, very unprofessional....

Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
