Hired Attorney Mr. Danny Hitt

He was diligent. He made himself available for my Unemployment hearing when the company denied my Unemployment claim, because I was afraid of the effects of being intimidated by three representatives of the company testifying. He was very prepared and had all three representatives contradicting each other. The judge granted my Unemployment as a result of his technique & research of the companies illegal practices that violated ADA laws and other wrongful terminations.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
