She was helpful in a time when I was stressed (by a divorce I didn't want). She stayed level-headed when I was hysterical, and she knew the law. She explained how a judge would look at the situation, and helped me reach a fair settlement instead of the expense of a trial. I am pleased and would recommend her to my friends.
She handled my case well. She knows the law, and she treats all parties with respect.
She tries to settle the case, and in my divorce, we reached an agreement. Her fees were not overly high, and she did what was needed, but did not overcharge. I am pleased and would recommend her to anyone who needs a divorce lawyer.
Darcia Krause talks the talk about not being adversarial and heightening conflict in difficult situations, but she sure didn't walk the walk in our case. She made things much more difficult for both parties, probably adding to her billings in the process. Our situation could have been easily reconciled, but because of Darcia Krause it became a war zone.
