Mr. Ricks was recommended by my ex-spouse's attorney to hire and perform the division of our PERS accounts due to our divorce. Mr. Ricks made two crucial mistakes in preparation of the judgement, causing a major delay in settlement. When I was notified directly by PERS and given directions to act upon and I called to clarify what I should do, I was treated extremely disrespectful on the phone was told to "stay out of it" and that they were "taking care of the problem."

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
