Cable Huston LLP is a law firm established in 1990 with an office in Portland, OR. At this office location, there are 29 lawyers practicing bankruptcy and debtor/creditor, business, energy and public utility and 12 other areas of law.
I was out of state and had to do much of my communication by phone. Mr Huston was very pleasant and easy to work with, gave me good instructions and information and provided any help I needed.
She represented us on a dispute on a home bought that was not legally on the property we bought. She did everything she could to get us a settlement. She was very fair and kept us informed at all steps.
I've had a very poor experience communicating and trying to work with Cable Huston. My mother and step sister were supposed to work TOGETHER with the same Cable Huston lawyer and come to find out the lawyer advised my step sister to work alone and never once reached out to my mother while he was only working with my sister while righting a document for my mom to sign to waive all her legal rights to hand them all over to my step sister. When I asked the lawyer why they would not work with my Mother and step sister together, Cable Huston lawyer advised my mother gets her own lawyer. This was the worst advice we have ever received and this law firm recommended to split my family apart from each other which ended up leading to my family to potentially face litigation against each other. Be careful if you work with Cable Huston as they don’t have the best interest of their clients at heart. I wouldn’t even give then a 1 star, ZERO stars for Cable Huston.
