This attorney and his firm use Legal Shield as part (or all?) of their business model. He is unprofessional and rude in his communication, and tried to stir up conflict between family members. I believe his final accounting with regard to his attorney fees to be excessive. $200/hour for an administrative assistant is ridiculous. He claims he "drafted" all of the documents in the case, which I find hard to believe. At best, he used templates and then charged two hours of time to plug in case details. To compensate for the 25% legal shield discount, he overcharged from start to finish in this matter.
Working with this attorney is a waist of time for taking care of estate for a loved one who has passed. He doesn’t listen to anything that is told to him. Rarely returns phone calls of the executor of the estate in a timely manner and he treats clients who use Legal shield like they are second class citizens. My advice is to never higher him or anyone from this law firm for even little legal issues as well.
