Hired Attorney

There was an Enforcement of Parenting Time action in play. Mother filed a Mod. of Parenting Time to counter. The Judge appointed Anna as attorney for the Child under the Prov. of ORS 107.425(6) and 2013 Mult. County Supp. Local Rule 8.085. Instead of resolving the issue Anna did her best to drag the case in a direction that did not serve the Child. Mother dropped the Modification but Anna did not want to be removed. Once she was removed my case was done in about 30 minutes, order signed.
