Hired Attorney Adele J. Ridenour

In regards to a case involving illegal towing by Retriever Towing in 2018, Ridenour was the judge for my case that was planned over a month in advance after arbitration talks were called off. She omitted the colossal conflict of interest that she was friends/coworkers with the HOA that was being sued until I was in front of her at the hearing and next to the HOA. She also allowed her friends to do a comical misrepresentation of my claims and sided with the HOA based on HOA rules even though they violated the recently passed anti-predatory towing bill SB 117 that was made effective at the start of 2018. My case was based on the fact that the HOA was violating state law. Senator Riley, the person who footed the bill in the first place was actually trying to provide assistance at the start of the case until the HOA called off the arbitration talks upon realizing who he was. I am concerned that Ridenour arranged this with the HOA ahead of time and it was all done to protect their racket.
