Mr Law represented me iin the purchase of a home in Middeltown in 2012. I resentely sold the same house and the home had previous mortgages on it.. of course this was part of the purpose of retaining him, he was suppose to check for previous mortgages. Naturally this cost me more money to take care of. When I contacted him he passed the buck to the title insurance. So far this is my experience I'm unsure why I pay a lawyer to take care of something and then it's not his responsiblty.
