Miller and Miller, LLC is a law firm established in 1933 with an office in Portage, WI. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing general civil practice, business law, commercial law and 7 other areas of law.
My dealings with this firm have been frustrating. I did not receive a bill but a letter telling me what my share of the fee would be, I expected them to send me a bill. I got a call asking me why I had not paid my share from my brother-in-law. I called the firm and tried to pay them but they could not find anything saying that I owed them, got that straightened out and came to realize that they did not include one of the siblings in the letter. I finally got the bill payed in June and got a receipt. My card was again charged for the same amount in August, called them and was told that the account was not in that day. I asked to talk to someone in charge and was told that nobody else was there. Seems to me that a lawyer firm would be the last to commit fraud and should look into a different billing and accounting system.
