Very explanatory and businesslike. Was very happy with their representation.
They were very kind and caring.
Just as paperwork for the mediator, there was a collections Attorney threatening to go after my JOINT bank account with my partner. I did let my lawyer know about this. Not but a week later, went to bank to get money orders to pay our household bills. The Collection actually too EVERYTHING IN OUR JOINT ACCT!! I called my lawyer in shock unable to pay the mortgage. I don't know what she said or did, but every penny was returned in 24 Hrs. {para}I was VERY much pleased with my service!
Poor communication between Trustee and Attorney.
At the time we filed Bankruptcy I was under the impression that since we were filing a chapter 13 the trustee would pay our debit and midigate the balances on our accounts. I have since lost my job and we dismissed our bankruptcy and now the creditors are calling with the balances we had at the time of filing. We were not told that this is what we should expect. We also have not received and kind of paperwork advising us what was paid.
