Amazing lawyer and mediator. Not only is he extremely well respected within his industry and exceedingly thorough, but he takes a personal approach to his clients. Divorce is an emotional experience and Mark Roscoe was patient and took the time to make sure that I understood my options and was fairly represented both now and in the future. I highly recommend Mark Roscoe.
Mark doesn't care what you wanted. He did his own thing. He got agitative when you tried to change anything that he didn't write. Definitely was working for the other party. Wrote verbiage in the order's that was never agreed upon and he left things out that were agreed to. Lost out on a lot of money because of the game he played. When brought to his attention all he did was argue that he was right and refused to change anything. My advice do not use him if you want to do your agreement your own way. DO NOT sign anything the day of. DO NOT agree to anything the day of otherwise you are bound by his screw ups.
Mark treated me like I was a teenager. Rude, condescending and I could tell, totally swayed by what my child's father had told him. Made my daughter cry and insulted her intelligence as well. Do not under any circumstances agree to Mark as your GAL if you are a mother battling a controlling manipulative father because Mark will listen to the father every time.
