Attorney Brad M. Hoeft is the President of Antoine, Hoeft & Eberhardt, S.C., in Port Washington, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. He began his legal career with the firm as a law clerk in 1995 and has built a distinguished practice advising and representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities.
Attorney Hoeft represents all types of business clients in various aspects of their business, from entity formation and shareholder agreements, operating agreements, real estate acquisitions and development, to business planning, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Attorney Hoeft also counsels businesses on their operational issues and objectives, including corporate governance and finance, product manufacturing, distribution and licensing, professional and industry regulation, e-commerce, and franchising. As part of his municipal law practice, Attorney Hoeft serves as Town Attorney for the Town of Cedarburg and Grafton, Village Attorney for the Villages of Saukville and Belgium, and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Port Washington, and, upon request, serves as special legal counsel to other municipal entities for certain matters.
Committed to community service, he has served on several volunteer boards, including the Board of Directors for Stars and Stripes Honor Flight, Inc. (2010–2022), where he held roles as President, Past-President, and Treasurer. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Education Foundation of Port Washington-Saukville, Inc., and is a Past-President of the Port Washington/Saukville Rotary Club.
A lifelong resident of Ozaukee County, Attorney Hoeft was born and raised in Port Washington. He is married with three children and enjoys supporting his kids’ sports, golfing, hunting, and nature walks with his wife. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Ozaukee County Bar Association, where he served as President.
