Noah Was Amazing! I had read these three previous reviews and was concerned! He was not cheap but worth every penny! Hit office staff Josh was amazing they help me thru this horrible ordeal which could have meant prison for years! He stood up for me and handled my case very well! I couldn't be more satisfied! If you want an attorney that will get the job done Noah is the one for Jefferson County!
He was the worst! I believe he was in cahoots with the prosecuting attorney making a deal like "I'll give you this one, you give me the next one". I felt coerced into a plea agreement, and I should have told the judge that morning how I felt when he asked if I felt coerced into making a plea deal. They hit me with a DUI and I was never in the vehicle, only standing near it as I recognized who's car it was. I had no keys on me for the vehicle. He took $1000's of dollars, I have a record, and I was completely innocent of those charges. I was scared and thought he was looking out for my best interests, which he was not. Just wheeling and dealing with the prosecuting attorney. He was a prosecuting attorney before transferring to a defense attorney, so he may have owed them a favor or two. While I was in jail for a few days, all the inmates said "NO!! Stay away from Noah Harrison as a defense attorney, he's not looking out for you and you'll get screwed over"; but my relatives hired him, an
When this guy is represented me, he let the plaintiff, and the courts disregard my civil rights. He brought up one objection, like the way jello objects to a spoon, but with less enthusiasm, At least jello wiggles. He withheld evidence, did nothingnthatbwr talked of the night before, told me he wouldn't represent me anymore, but somehow he was the one notifying the plaintiff when the next hearing came due a year later. Memory problems...or something else? This guy lost my case, to an emotionally distraught couch potato who couldn't prove but one of her allegations that, if he did his job and brought up the situation leading to that issue, may have cleared up the whole problem. He took my money and ran. The state of Wa., when I asked for their help and investigate the guy, were just as useless finding no fault in his practice and nothing to reprimand him for. Such is the state of Washington state and this country that watches citizens be pummeled by those with the werewithal at their di
You get what you pay for, and I ended up paying much less than I anticipated or wanted to with this attorney. There's a reason for that. I should've known I was in trouble when his disgruntled secretary quit the first week I hired him. Over the four months we worked together, he did nothing for my case. My ex-wife and her attorney were actively taking my children and money, while this guy was intent on simply "managing his client." He asked me to be patient, and I now realize it was his way of saying you're the last in line. He had $6K in retainer money that just sat there while he claimed he was negotiating terms for settlement--ruining my chances of actually settling. After threatening to fire him because he'd disappeared for several weeks, he quit, claiming he and his family had Covid. Then I went on to represent myself and gain orders that benefited my case, when he'd told me this wouldn't ever happen. Good luck with this guy, Maybe he'll actually work to fight for you.
