Ron took my case and waited 5 years to interview the wittness. 3 years to interview the surgeon. Then when we lost at trial. He took the money and quit. We had won a small amount from my insurance. I asked him couple questions. Simple things...like why no pictures of rear end of my car. The underbody was severely damaged. He told me I should of taken them. He turned down settlement without my consent. This was done out of his greed. Walking into the courtroom he says. I win some! I lose some!
No plan for a trial. Looks for his money not the clients. Lost a resent case where man was hit in rear. Used the defenses exibits. Had no trial plan. Sad h3 took his money leaving client on hook for the lost court case.Eill be reported to Florida Bart Association.
