Hired Attorney

I am a retired attorney and engaged Patricia Baldwin to update and redo my estate planning documents to comply with Florida laws and account for my changed circumstances. Ms. Baldwin was attentive, responsive and obviously well schooled in in her areas of expertise. Ms Baldwin's fees were very reasonable. I have referred others to Ms. Baldwin for estate and real estate matters and they have all reported to me that they were pleased.

This was a real estate purchase with the seller being in Ohio. Ms Baldwin was very prompt and efficient in assisting both the seller and the buyers in completing the transaction in a very timely manner.
