Hired Attorney

He challenged the notice of intent to foreclose and filed a motion for dismissal of request by financial inst. due to several violations of FL statutes which prohibits recovery of loss and demands reimbursement of legal fees to me. It is currently pending approval of assigned judge.
I am very pleased with Mr. Anastasio's work!
