This follow the rules lawyer got me to cave to the insurance company demands so he could get his business going by getting 1/3 of any settlement, he sold me out. This is a devious business. These lawyers know the easiest way to make money and that is to follow New York state laws governing how these cases can be settled. If you live in Putnam county New York you will receive many, many times less than you would if you lived within the confines of New York City. This guy & wife are crooks.
