I'm glad I ran into this lawyer. I was in a case with another lawyer before this and it took him to deal with my case for 2 years and after my surgery only got 6 weeks to heal and that was it. I felt like I lost out a lot and I was not here yet I'm trying to get more help for my leg because I'm still hurt the surgery wasn't successful and I needed help workers comp was not approving nothing. When I let go of the old lawyer and went to Richard Fitzpatrick, everything started to change. The request I was making was getting done they were getting approved. I trust this man with everything I explained to him everything he took care of me. I felt like everything that needed to be done to make sure I was good, was done. I thank God that I met this man he was a great help he puts his clients first to make sure that they are good. I will recommend him to anybody.
Mr Fitzpatrick was my attorney for many cases. Two divorces, a 4 year long very difficult custody case and even one criminal felony case. All of these cases Mr Richard won for me. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. I have seen and heard horror stories from people that say their lawyers take money then nothing ever happens. This is not that type of firm. His assistant Lisa will always have the next court date for you even if the other side is ignoring. My ex's lawyer would never answer about the next court date so Lisa would put it for a day that she is already at the court house. They are a great team and he is very well priced for the hard work that he does. 16 years ago my mother hired to start a divorce while I was serving my country in Iraq and still I recommend him to everyone I see.
I would have loved to left this man a good review but the two times I called to see if he would take my case he NEVER returned my phone calls. Maybe he doesn't know how to use a telephone. I'm not sure.
