I earned my Juris Doctor in 1980 from O.W. Coburn School of Law. In 1991, I was awarded an honorary Juris Doctor from Regent University school of Law. I am a former prosecutor in both Duval and St. Johns counties and I am a former special prosecutor of economic crimes. I am licensed and in good standing in the state of Florida and have been practicing for almost 40 years.

Malcom is spectacular, not only was he excellent at explaining all possible outcomes in my case, he was also fully transparent on his intentions as well. Malcom was able to get my Felony Marijuana possession charge disposed and my DUI for Marijuana reduced to Reckless driving.. He also had my speeding ticket dismissed. This was the BEST possible outcome I could have. I would highly recommend him as an attorney for anyone looking for knowledge, and experienced representation!

This man is a godsend, and an genius. When things looked the most bleak and hopeless, this man didn't sleep, went into the office well before 6 am, and worked every angle on my case of my second DUI with a very high blow. He found the right angle to approach my case and went the best possible way about it. He is personable, very intelligent, and does not settle for anything less.
