Mr. Todd is corrupt and untrustworthy, but willing to take your case when no1 else will.. unless it affects his seat next to the judge at the lunch table. He is a criminal attorney suddenly also estate attorney, and now is doing personal injury law. Kind of makes me wonder if that is any bit trustworthy to have represent me because of trusting a criminal attorney to handle my finances is sketch. My brother told me that is a major red flag in white collar crime like Enron back in the 90's. I found out it does apply to Mr. Todd when he kept my money for my injury case because he was my criminal attorney it caused too much trust into his political standing and power of being an attorney accredited by himself in these reviews done by his staff aka wife and kids that work for him.
refused my case for his chair at county and is a member of several boards that put him in place for politics to do what he wants as he desires. fraud if you ask me. he is a chamber member and uses this to do illegal actions with locals and his staff will pretend to be county and call you to not show for court saying its canceled and really its him and doing it for his client in a bad repor of manner. insane!
read the reviews and believe them...if he does not get his way he becomes a bully. From my experience he is bordering on unethical. We were not properly notified about a proceeding in court I am sure hoping we would not show up but we saw it on court docket at last minute. He does not follow the rules of the court and this is not the only time he did not propertly serve... proceed with extreme caution and document everything when dealing with this snake.
