Nanci Landy is a seasoned attorney, Arbitrator, and Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator with more than 37 years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution. Throughout her legal career, she has represented clients in commercial litigation, insurance defense, and securities matters, developing a reputation for thoughtful analysis and strategic problem solving in high-stakes disputes.
In addition to her litigation background, Ms. Landy has served as a FINRA arbitrator for more than 15 years, presiding over securities industry disputes and gaining extensive experience evaluating complex financial and regulatory issues.
