I have been a Board President or Board member in FL since 1996. I have never had a worse attorney than Lisa Magill. As the Association attorney reviewing a scam lawsuit against me as Board President for battery, she actually sent a letter to me accusing me of battery against this scam artist, rather than defend my position, which was done to save me from endless financial ruin for the Association, a verdict of no contest. In my opinion this woman is a viper, she thrives on billing endless hours to my Association in exchange for her "loyalty" to the board members who grovel at her feet. She was in a firm where I was a plaintiff and they "monitored" the case ending in $53,000 in cost to the Association and I still got a $6,000 settlement verdict in my favor. At every opportunity this woman will ride the thin line to harass me at the beck and call of her cohorts who hired her. I find her tactics despicable and disgusting. In my 63 years Lisa Magill is the worst of the worst.
