Merrill & Merrill Chartered is a law firm established in 1913 with an office in Pocatello, ID. At this office location, there are 6 lawyers practicing general civil practice, trial practice, appellate practice and 12 other areas of law.
Kent is truely a caring individual not just as a lawyer he became family . If I ever needed anything legal I would definantely go to Kent first as long as he was available.

Kent was a neighbor and I knew him to be a person of high integrity. When it became necessary to probate parent’s estate, Kent was the only one my husband and I thought about. My brothers trusted me and we have all been very satisfied.
Inattentive & bad advice from P Davis when he was at previous firm. Had few good ideas how to proceed.
First of all, let me say that I never secured the services of Merrill & Merrill. I tried to. I called on March 2nd and explain my situation to them. It involved a fall. They said they'd get back to me. By March 14th they didn't, so I called back. Same story. They said the same. It is now March 23rd. I called them back a third time. I basically told him that I could understand if my case wasn't big enough but they could at least have the common courtesy to call to tell me.
