Hired Attorney Benjamin Neilsen

Explained everything clearly, was supportive and responsive. I felt that he genuinely cared about me as a human and how the case went. He has a reputation of accomplishment and extremely effective litigation, he came to me highly recommended by another attorney in the community. He’s sharp, nothing gets past him and his cool demeanor means he makes it look easy.

Hired Attorney Michael Neilsen

I don't think that the negative ratings for Michael is him. I believe its more because of his secretary not communicating to him or doing what she says she will do in regard to following through with her communication.

Hired Attorney Michael Neilsen

Mike Nielson and his staff took no interest in my case, never remembered the details of my case during meetings, missed several document deadlines, and failed to keep me informed or updated on case progression. In doing so he put my case and the safety of my child at stake. I would not recommend him to anyone.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
