I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring Rodney Glusac for real estate work. My experience was an absolute waste of time. When I first spoke with him, he confidently assured me he could draft my purchase agreement quickly — something I made clear I needed done right away. He missed the first promised deadline without a word. When I followed up, he apologized and said he would get it done the following week. That week came and went, and still nothing. After two full weeks of waiting, checking in, and giving him every benefit of the doubt, he suddenly quit the job altogether rather than follow through. This wasn’t just an inconvenience; it cost me valuable time and delayed a real estate transaction that couldn’t move forward without that agreement. If he had simply said up front that he couldn’t or wouldn’t do it, I could have hired someone competent and been done days ago. Rod came across as agreeable and capable at first, but ultimately proved unreliable and a poor choice.
