John was incredibly shady during the real estate transaction. He tries to sneak in an additional "tracking fee" that mybagent fortunately caught. He then requires a $50 "wire fee" that I told him I couldn't afford and told him I would be willing to wait for a paper check. He sent a paper check and subtracted a $30 "currier fee" that was never discussed or approved. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
