Unhirable. He is deceitful. If you hire him you will be making a mistake that you will regret for the rest of your life. He downloaded a new game on his iPad and was playing it during a hearing. I couldn't believe what was going on. I may not have noticed but he began to bang his fist and pump it. This was while I was on the witness stand. Turns out his loyalty was with jacks and ladders and a conflict of interest. He refused to return my legal file after I fired him. This is a guy who says in his 48 years of legal experience he's used his iPad during hearings without any criticism. He's just not together, not in the courtroom and much worse outside. He doesn't respect anyone and he doesn't care about his client.
He will tell you everything you want to hear so you retain him. When you retain him you will feel like you have
someone on your side. I met him at a restaurant to retain him because he he was having lunch with someone
and said he would be done at a certain time. The gentleman he was with left and Steve asked me to sit down
and if I wanted a cup of Coffee. I gave him me check over 2000 dollars. When his bill came he looks at me and
asks me if I have 3 dollars for my cup of coffee, I laughed about it to myself when I left the restaurant
No Lie. He later billed me over $200 dollars for that day.. No I am not laughing!{para}Come court day he calls and tells me he will be late and he is sending his kid. I didn't think late would means 1pm
in the afternoon. The Judge goes to lunch and by the time we have second call there is no time for him to hear
my case. The Judge schedules a new hearing date. Next day I get a crazy bill for over 4000 dollars. Charged me
for his ride and his son ride to court house even though he was 4+ hours late. Charge me crazy money emails,
texts.. It was just insane. Charged me hundreds of dollars for my financial statement and the funny part about that
is I did my own financial statement. I can go on an on about this guy but save your money and hire an Attorney
who will treat you right, fair and honestly. He put me in a Horrible situation financially and when I went to court
for second hearing, I was unrepresented. I would have rather thrown my money out the window of my car and
hoped someone that really needed it got it. Waste of my time and money.. RUN... So disappointed in this guy
