Mr Huff was an excellent attorney and helped us get the guardianship of elderly Mother and tried hard to collect money that was owed to Mother by other people.

If I could give him zero stars I would!!! Derek REFUSED to fight for me and my kids. I lost my 50/50 custody because of him! He intimated me and told me if I didn't take what my ex was offering that I would end up having to pay support and lose even more time! I have no criminal record i have a home and a job! I'm a damn good mom but because I had a lawyer that cared more about money then fighting for his clients I lost my kids! He interrupts you when you talk, he is SO RUDE and acts superior like you know nothing! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM! He charges you 80$ to send you a letter when you specifically ask him not to that you will swing by to pick up any letter, he will sit in a chair doing ABSOLUTELY nothing for you yet charge you 2k for half a day in court! Now I have to find a real attorney to fix the mess he created and fight for my kids back! He should not be allowed to practice law! Not only is he a awful attorney he is a HORRIBLE HEARTLESS human being!!!
