Julie O’Connor is a Senior Associate at Tierney Law Group. She received her J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Ms. O’Connor is a member of the California Bar Association, Family Law Section.
