Jennifer Fain as a GAL has no heart! My fiancé is going through a custody modification that started in 2016. Her ex husband is a lawyer and has filed frivolous motion after motion. Her ex was to pay his portion of GAL fees and refused to do so even with a court order. Jennifer Fain decides to issue a garnishment of his fees that he refused to pay to my fiancé. Jennifer never once contacted her about paying his fees but instead issued the garnishment. It is also her ethical duty to turn in an unethical lawyer.
