I had heard a lot of horror stories about getting divorce. My last divorce in my 20s was a terrible experience. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Susan Brown. She responded to my phone calls. She was prepared for court. I hope I never need another divorce lawyer. But if I do, it will be her.
I am so happy with the legal representation I received from Susan. Thanks to her, I got to move with my kids and avoided paying my loser ex the alimony he was trying to get.
One friend told me that I would have to pay my ex alimony for a long time because she refused to work. Another friend told me that there was no way I would get my children as much time as my ex did because she didn't work. Susan proved them both wrong. I got my kids 50% of the time. I paid my ex a small lump sum and didn't have to pay her alimony.
Nothing horrible to say about this individual, at the same time nothing great to say either. I'm apprehensive to elaborate for fear of being accused of defamation of character.
Overpriced. She charged for emailing. She referred me to "friends" of hers for a number of services I didn't need. More money spent needlessly. She just cut and pasted my case from previous cases she had. No effort. She was very rude to me and I could hardly get in a word. Her communication skills are very poor. It's her way or no way.
