Sanaz Alempour is a Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office, who focused her practice on a variety of civil litigation matters. Ms. Alempour is a tenacious trial lawyer and zealous advocate for her clients with a broad range of experience in cases involving involving construction litigation-including claims brought against architects and engineers, commercial litigation, professional malpractice-including medical malpractice, condominium and homeowners’ association litigation, directors and officers, Errors and Omissions-including claims brought against insurance brokers and agents, local government, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death cases.
Ms. Alempour is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), which is an invitation-only national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges. She also holds an “AV Preeminent” rating in both Legal Ability & Ethical Standards from Martindale-Hubbell for the highest level of professional excellence, which is a Peer Review Rating held only by approximately 10% of all attorneys nationwide and has been recognized as a top attorney by Best Lawyers in America in 2026 in the practice area of Construction Law.
Ms. Alempour earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. While attending law school, she received a series of honors and distinctions, including serving as the Lead Articles Editor of Nova Southeastern Law Review.
