I am 38 and a few years ago during COVID I had to do a voluntary repossession on a Ford Mustang, not a proud moment but it is what it is. I was living in NC when the collection law agency reached out up there and they were completely rude and not liked. I moved to Florida and a few months later Robin from the Moody Jones office reached out and it has been amazing! They are understanding and will work with you. They care more about you than just the money. For once I actually don't mind a collection agency to call me!

I've been working with this law firm for a couple of years now, and they were actually representing someone else, and collecting a debt for me. They were so helpful, and understood I wanted to settle things, but I was in a bad place financially and had very limited resources and no friends or family who were able to help me at the time. They worked with me on a payment plan and went above and beyond. They listened and trusted I would do what I said and they made my situation bearable without taking me to court. They are fair and just. They work for the people they represent and even the people they don't, to find resolution for everyone. The woman I worked with let me know that my debt didn't define me and there was a possible solution. She made sure I knew as long as I worked with them and communicated there was bright light at the end of the tunnel. I'm forever grateful. If you have a chance to work with them, I highly recommend it. They're EXCELLENT!!!

This law firm is amazing. Yes they are a collections firm, but they are understanding and work with you. I am absolutely blessed to have Robin K as my case manager. They really are here to help you, not ruin your life.

If you get a call from this firm, even for collections, which is in my case, answer it. They are there to help. They are professional. Stacey was the lady I talk to. She was very understanding, and willing to work with me. I was the one that made the debt. Do to circumstances, I couldn’t pay it. This was part of the collection process. She and they are there to make the collection process manageable. They want to work with you. But you have to give them a chance. The first step is to talk to them. I settled a debt with this firm and have been making monthly payments. Although I have been making my payments weeks in advance, they are still contacting myself and my lawyer. This firm behaved poorly to begin with, but this is icing on the cake. Steer clear.

I've been trying to find any means of even contacting this guy for weeks since he tried to sneak a lawsuit into court without letting me know anything about it. I only found out because of a mail solicitation from one of the other parasites. No summons, no way to get in contact. This is intentional malicious malpractice and this guy should be banished to the bottom of the ocean as quickly as possible. Criminals, the lot of them.
