Hired Attorney Ms. Kelley Joseph Esq.

when i hired Ms. Joseph i thought i was going to pay alimony and that moms always get custody in Florida. I didn't really believe that she could get me 50/50 and that i wouldn't have to pay money. I explained how insurance my ex was and she hired a psychologist to do an evaluation and that was GAME OVER!! I almost settled the case three times, agreeing to alimony and giving up more time with my kid just to be done, as it was killing me, but Kelley convinced me to stick it out and was honest about what i could win and what i had no shot of winning. She tore my ex apart at trial the way only one woman can go after another woman. It as so awesome. Well, I went to trial, and it wasn't cheap but she didn't over bill. She got me my kid 100% of the time AND NOT ONLY do i not pay alimony, but i got child support from the Ex! I hated paying the bills, but you were worth every dime, and thanks for not charging me for every little thing. You renewed my faith in lawyers, Kelley Joseph.
