Brad was able to assist us with our case in Florida with a construction defect. We were able to reach a successful conclusion to our benefit. We had given up hope after consulting with 3 other attorneys. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive, always giving us advice that would work to our benefit. Dealing with Brad was a pleasurable experience, even though our case was not. We would highly recommend Brad.

I was fortunate to be represented by Brad Kelsky on a condo unit purchase case. He handled it with skill and uncommon professionalism, eventually achieving the desired result. He worked on the case even when he was on vacation and out of the country. When the main goal was achieved, he advised against continuing to litigate merely to recover relatively insignificant legal costs.

We were in the midst of a very sticky situation. Brad was highly recommended to us by another attorney. He went above and beyond fighting for us. He was available to us via email or phone and he was a pleasure to work with. Although he is a litigation attorney, he worked hard to settle our case without going to court. We were extremely pleased with our outcome! If you are in need of possibly going to litigation, Brad is definitely the attorney for you.
