I have used Harvey's firm for over 10 years. This attorney will be reported to the bar and the case is being pulled by the Broward Chief Judge. The evidence is overwhelming. Two short sales by this lawyer on the same property with the same realtors. Yet, the originals owners still live in the property and committed mortgage fraud. The release is being reversed. Now being throughly investigated and will become public. CaseCACE 09041806 Owners intentionally went into foreclosure and planned this because they desperately wanted the unit. No income doc mortgage.1000 SE 4th Street #301 Fortlauderdale FL 33301. The owners Fabrizio Dicarne and Rosa Cecilia Aragon took out a mortgage and never made one mortgage payment. Their relative Joseph Degaetani and Elviria Arargon took out a mortgage for $110,000 and did a shortsale. Di Carne and Aragon original fraud owners still live in the property.
