Douglas Melamed practices in all areas of insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage litigation. His practice has focused on products/premises liability, construction litigation, liquor liability, wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, negligent security, and professional liability and malpractice claims against directors/officers and errors/omissions claims.
